Coaching
Coaching for leaders under pressure
A confidential, independent space for leaders to step back and think clearly about their role, decisions, and how they lead.
Particularly valuable when managing complex or sensitive people situations where judgement and clarity are critical.
Coaching supports clearer judgement, stronger self-awareness, and confident decision-making under pressure. It creates space to test thinking, challenge assumptions, and navigate complexity more effectively.
Coaching is delivered personally by Laura, an EMCC-accredited coach.

The impact of getting the right support
Laura supported me through a significant and challenging period in my career following a major promotion. While I was keen to take on the opportunity, balancing increased responsibility, travel, and studying for my chartership became overwhelming at times.
Her coaching helped me build confidence that has stayed with me and continues to influence how I approach my role. She supported me in managing competing demands, helping me prioritise and think more clearly so I could move forward in a more focused way.
What made the biggest difference was being able to openly explore what was driving the pressure I was experiencing and work through it in a practical and constructive way. I would highly recommend Laura as a coach.
